Sharon J. Spivak, born on February 11, 1952, is a multifaceted author and artist living in Nashua, New Hampshire. A graduate of Newton Wellesley Hospital School of Nursing and Hebrew College, where she earned a BA in Jewish Studies, Sharon has had a diverse career. She transitioned from a 23-year nursing career to become a professional Jewish educator, now teaching part-time while enjoying her roles as past President of the Nashua Interfaith Council and her condominium association. Married to Jerry for 47 years, Sharon has two grown sons, Jason and Michael, who is married to Jeana. They have a one-year-old son, Elliott Jakob, whom Sharon adores. Her passion for writing, which began in third grade with a self-directed play, remains a vital part of her life. Sharon writes poetry, short stories, and a novel, with a particular compulsion to write that sometimes even leads her to wake in the night to capture ideas. Her upcoming book, A Dose of Seuss from Nurse Caboose, reflects her creative spirit and dedication to storytelling. Sharon’s artistic pursuits and deep-seated love for writing continue to shape her dynamic life.
